When you send an enquiry through one of our forms, we receive your name and email address and, if you give them, your phone number, country of residence and message. Depending on the form we also receive the page or property you wrote from, the viewing day and time you asked for, or what you tell us about your own property, such as its town, type, bedrooms, tourist licence, current management fee and rental income. Each enquiry also records the language the site was in and the time it was sent. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects usage data such as the pages viewed, the approximate location derived from your IP address, your device and your browser. The legal basis is your consent. If you reject them, or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded and nothing is sent to Google.

Like any website, our host receives your IP address and the technical details of each request, such as the page asked for and your browser, because it cannot deliver the page or protect the site from abuse without them.

Your browser's local storage keeps your language preference and your cookie choice, as section 7 explains.

An enquiry reaches us as an email in our inbox. The website itself keeps no database of enquiries. Your enquiry data is used exclusively to respond to your request and to follow up regarding the property or service you enquired about. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

These providers process personal data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and runs the enquiry form, which passes each enquiry on to Resend without keeping a copy.
• Resend delivers each enquiry to our inbox as an email. Our sending domain is set up in Resend's EU region, in Ireland.
• Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics 4, only if you accept analytics cookies, and hosts our business email, where enquiries arrive and are answered.

Fonts and images are served from our own site, so reading a page does not contact any other company. Cloudflare, Resend and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses.

The site also links to WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), Booking.com, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. Nothing is loaded from them until you follow a link, and from then on their own privacy policies apply.

Enquiries are kept in our inbox for as long as necessary to respond to your request and for a reasonable period thereafter in case of follow-up. Resend keeps a log of the emails it has sent for a limited period under its own terms. Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@ifachholidayhomes.com.

If you are based in the European Union or EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@ifachholidayhomes.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Spain that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, aepd.es), the Spanish data protection authority. You may also complain to the authority in the country where you live or work.

Strictly necessary: your browser's local storage keeps your language preference and your cookie choice. Neither needs consent, and neither is sent to us or to anyone else.

Analytics: only after you choose Accept does the site load Google Analytics 4, which sets the _ga and _ga_<id> cookies to measure how the site is used, for up to two years. Before that choice, and after Reject, it is not loaded at all. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of every page. Choosing Reject deletes the Google Analytics cookies.
