In the building next door we already look after apartments for their owners. When yours is finished we can look after it the same way, whether you rent it out or keep it for your own stays. Whether the towers will take holiday guests is for the owners to vote on after completion, and we will tell you plainly where that stands.
Buying off plan
We go through the site, the plans and the price list with you, there or over video. A reservation and a deposit contract take the apartment off the list.
The purchase contract is signed long before completion, and the price is paid in stages while the building goes up. Each payment is insured.
When the building is finished you sign the escritura at the notary, pay what is left and collect the keys.
