Build on the Costa Blanca without being here for every step
We start with the plot: where it is, what the town allows on it and what it will cost to build. Then we bring in an architect and a builder we have worked with, and keep the project moving through the permits, the build and the handover.
Kevin has more than 15 years in construction and real estate behind him, most of them running building sites, so the questions a builder usually leaves for later are asked at the start. If the house is to earn while you are away, we set it up as a holiday home and manage it.

The plot
We find land, or look at yours, and check what the town will let you build on it.
