Because we manage holiday homes ourselves, we know which changes guests notice and what they are worth to a rental, and we fit the work around your stays or your bookings.

We see the property, or talk it through on a video call if you are away, and agree what you want.

You get the scope and a budget in writing before any work starts.

We coordinate the trades and send you photographs as it goes.

Handover
We check the finished work with you and keep an eye on it afterwards.
