1. About us
These terms apply to your use of the Ifach Holiday Homes website (ifachholidayhomes.com) and to any holiday rental bookings or real estate enquiries made through us. Ifach Holiday Homes is based in Calpe, Alicante, Spain. Contact: info@ifachholidayhomes.com.
2. Use of this website
This website is provided for informational purposes. You may browse and use our contact and enquiry forms for legitimate enquiries. You must not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, or to misrepresent your identity. We reserve the right to decline enquiries at our discretion.
3. Holiday rental bookings
Holiday rental bookings are subject to a separate rental agreement provided at the time of booking confirmation. Prices, availability and booking conditions are confirmed in writing by our team. Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been received and a confirmation email has been sent. We act as a rental agent between owners and guests; the property owner is the landlord for the purposes of the rental.
4. Payments and cancellations
Payment terms, deposit amounts and cancellation policies are set out in your individual rental agreement. In general, deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking. Full payment is typically required 6 weeks before arrival. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers holiday cancellation.
5. Real estate services
Information about properties for sale on this website is provided in good faith but is not a legal offer to sell. All real estate transactions are subject to Spanish property law and a separate purchase agreement. We recommend engaging an independent Spanish lawyer (abogado) before entering into any purchase commitment. We may receive a commission from property transactions introduced through this website.
6. Accuracy of information
We take reasonable care to ensure that property descriptions, pricing and availability are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is free from errors. If you notice an inaccuracy, please contact us at info@ifachholidayhomes.com.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ifach Holiday Homes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from holiday rental stays. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant booking.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alicante, Spain.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at ifachholidayhomes.com/terms. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
