Selling

Find out what your property is worth

A valuation visit takes about an hour, costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You leave with a written price range and the reasoning behind it.

Before you choose an agency

The four things owners ask first

  1. 01

    What it costs you

Nothing up front, and nothing at all unless the property sells. Photography and marketing are our cost. The fee is agreed in writing before anything is listed.

  2. 02

    What we ask for

3 months as the only agency marketing it. After that the agreement ends by itself, unless we both want to continue.

  3. 03

    What we do

Professional photographs, a campaign through our own network abroad, and buyers contacted directly instead of waiting for a portal to send one.

  4. 04

    What you do

Very little. We put the paperwork in order, or give you the exact list of what is needed and where it has to go.

What a general agency cannot do

We can show a buyer what it earns

We manage holiday homes in Calpe, Benissa and Moraira, so we know what comparable homes there actually take in a season. A buyer who is buying to let gets an income projection for your property, not only photographs.

A projection takes real work. It is worth doing for a home we launch ourselves, not for one that eight agencies show with the same photographs. That is why we ask for 3 months.

Each projection is built for the property from homes we run. We do not publish yield figures we cannot show you the working for.

The process

How a sale runs

  1. 1

    Valuation

We visit, look at the property properly, and come back with a written range and what it is based on.

  2. 2

    Agreement in writing

The fee, the 3 months and what we will do in them, on one page, before anything is published.

  3. 3

    Photography and launch

A professional shoot at our cost, then the listing and the campaign go out together.

  4. 4

    Viewings and offers

We show the property ourselves and bring you every offer with what we make of it.

  5. 5

Contrato de arras, then the notary

The deposit contract holds the sale. We keep the paperwork moving to the notary, and you can be abroad for all of it.
