With more than 15 years of leadership experience managing major construction companies and complex building projects, Kevin has built a strong reputation for professionalism, precision and delivering high-quality results.
Driven by a passion for Mediterranean architecture, premium living and long-term value creation, Kevin established Ifach Holiday Homes to offer more than traditional real estate services.

Having worked closely with international clients across the Costa Blanca property market, Mihkel understands the expectations and priorities of buyers relocating, investing or purchasing a second home.
